Validation

The Validation tab dictates which fields Employee(s) are required to complete when they register as a first time User, reset their password, create a new password, or acknowledge a Performance Review with an electronic signature.
Note: All information included under the User/Employee validation fields comes from the Employee Profile that is housed in LightWork.

Validation Tab

  1. First Name

  2. Last Name

  3. SSN/SIN
    Social Security Number / Social Identification Number.

  4. SSN/SIN (Last 4)
    Requires only the last four digits of the Employees SSN/SIN.

  5. Date of Birth

  6. Primary Email Address

  7. Primary Zip Code

  8. Employee Id

  9. Company

  10. Save
    Once you are satisfied with your selections, click on 'Save'.

Note: When selecting the validation fields, verify that as a group the fields will be able to uniquely identify an Employee. If not, the system will not recognize the Employee, and they will be unable to log in.
